01 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions constitute the agreement governing access to tati99.
References to “tati99”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the website and its applicable
services. References to “user”, “player”, “you” or “your” mean the individual

These terms apply to website content, account-related functions, casino-style

02 Account Eligibility

03 Account Security

04 Acceptable Use
tati99 must be used lawfully, honestly and for personal entertainment. You must not
attempt to interfere with games, exploit technical faults, manipulate promotions,
automate bets without permission, access another account or conceal your identity.
Collusion, chargeback abuse, money laundering and fraudulent payment activity are
strictly prohibited.
You must not copy, alter, distribute or commercially exploit tati99 content,
branding, software or data without written authorisation. Security testing,
scraping, malicious code and attempts to bypass geographic, technical or account
restrictions are also prohibited.
05 Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made using a payment method that you are authorised to use. tati99
may support MYR transactions through channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost,
GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow or FPX,
subject to current cashier availability.
Displayed limits, fees and processing times are estimates and may vary by provider,
bank maintenance, verification status or transaction review. E-wallet and DuitNow
transfers may often be processed quickly, while FPX or direct bank transfers can
require additional time. tati99 does not guarantee that every transaction will be
instant.
Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. You remain responsible for
checking the amount, recipient information and transaction reference before
authorising payment.
06 Withdrawals and Verification
A withdrawal request is subject to available balance, identity checks, payment
verification, applicable wagering requirements and security review. Where
reasonably possible, tati99 may require withdrawals to return through the original
deposit method. Alternative arrangements may be used where that method cannot
receive funds.
Pending requests may be delayed if information is incomplete, account details do
not match, payment ownership cannot be confirmed or unusual activity requires
investigation. Any published timeframe begins only after all required checks have
been completed. Currency conversion or provider fees may apply where the selected
method does not settle directly in MYR.
07 Bonuses and Promotions
Every tati99 bonus is governed by its stated eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering
requirement, maximum bet, game contribution, expiry and maximum cash-out conditions.
A headline percentage or bonus amount does not override the full promotional rules.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable.
For example, an RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement may require RM1,000 in
qualifying bets before eligible winnings can be withdrawn. Slots may contribute at
a different rate from baccarat, blackjack or other table games.
tati99 may withhold a bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of
duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, prohibited game patterns, maximum-bet
breaches or promotion manipulation. Players should review the applicable conditions

08 Casino Games and Sports Betting
Casino game outcomes are determined under the rules of the relevant game. Sports
bets are settled according to displayed market rules and the official result used
by tati99. Odds may change before a wager is accepted, particularly for live EPL,
Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or other in-play markets.
You are responsible for reviewing selections, stake amounts and potential returns
before confirming a wager. A bet becomes valid only when accepted and recorded.
tati99 may void or correct wagers affected by an obvious pricing error, technical
malfunction, incorrectly identified participant or duplicate settlement.
Postponed, abandoned or cancelled events are handled according to the applicable
sports rules. No casino strategy, betting tip or historical result guarantees a
future win.
09 Responsible Gambling

time limits before playing, take regular breaks and never chase losses. Gambling
must not be used as income, investment or a response to financial pressure.

10 Suspension and Closure

material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, valid remaining funds will be
handled after required checks and lawful deductions.
A user may request account closure, subject to outstanding transactions and
verification. Closure does not cancel obligations, disputes or investigations that
arose before the account was closed.
11 Service Availability and Liability
tati99 aims to provide a stable experience but does not warrant uninterrupted or
error-free access. Maintenance, telecommunications failure, bank disruption,
device incompatibility, internet congestion or events outside reasonable control
may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, tati99 is not responsible for indirect
loss, lost opportunity or loss arising from unsupported devices, user error,
unauthorised credential sharing or reliance on information contrary to an express
game or promotion rule. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot
lawfully be excluded.
12 Privacy and Records
Personal information may be processed for account administration, identity
verification, security, transaction handling, support, legal compliance and
responsible-gambling measures. The tati99 Privacy Policy provides further details
about data categories, purposes, retention and user rights.
Transaction records, account logs and accepted wager records may be retained where
reasonably necessary. If a displayed balance conflicts with verified transaction
records because of an obvious technical error, the verified records will be used
to correct the account.
13 Changes and General Provisions
tati99 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, security,
legal or service changes. Material revisions may be communicated through an
appropriate website or account notice. Continued use after updated terms take
effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain
effective. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to
